Billboards may be Roof Top Mounted or there is an additional set of contacts on the back that will allow the sign be flush mounted on the side of a building.

ANIMATED NEON SIGNS

Miller engineering’s line of animated LIGHT WORKS neon signs are created from the same thin (.010”) Electroluminescence material as our non-animated signs, with all the benefits and more. These incredible signs offer state of the art lighting technology that has never before been available to the modeler. Each kit is pre-programmed with 46 different chase patterns, allowing the user to choose which pattern they want. Once a pattern is chosen, it is stored in memory and is remembered each time the sign is turned on again. Chase patterns can be changed over and over again.Like our non-animated signs, LIGHT WORKS animated signs come in two types: Vertical signs that are designed to be used on the sides of buildings and Horizontal signs that are for the roof tops of buildings. All vertical signs are available in left and right versions. Signs are suitable for all scales. The smallest signs may even be used as window signs on larger scales. Our animated signs draw 180 ma. Miller Engineering’s Billboards are easy to mount on your structure. Simply cut a small .75″ wide slot in the roof of your building, insert the sign. Use a small amount of hot melt glue or 5 minute epoxy on the topside of the roof, at each end of the sign, plug in the connector and you’re done. It’s that simple!

OPTIONAL POWER SUPPLY METHODS

Optional AC Adaptor

AC adapter (sold separately) – Eliminate those batteries with an AC wall adapter. Our 4.5 volt adapter will work with all animated neon signs.

#4802 – 4.5volt AC/DC Adapter will run up to 3 signs.

#4803 – Large 4.5volt AC/DC adapter, and will run up to 10 signs.

Optional Track power / Accessory Adaptor

#4804 – Converter modules (sold separately). This unit will replace your battery pack. It will let you run your signs off track voltage or your power pack. Accepts an input voltage from 5 to 17 volts, AC or DC and outputs the required 4.5 volts for our signs.  This unit will run up to 6 signs.

Optional Power Distribution Board

For MTH items If the unit is run then normal factory warranty would apply and MTH would directly handle any warranty issues according to the Written Warranty supplied in the package.  
 
Warranty Issues must be returned to the manufacturer according to their Warranty Conditions. 
 
On New power units Factory Warrantees apply and are handled directly by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty agreement.

This kit will be the star of your intermodal terminal! The Translift Crane is a dual-purpose machine used by many railroads that can lift trailers or containers. It’s wide enough to straddle two rows of trailers or containers parked side by side, making short work of loading or unloading. Many parts of the model are positionable to simulate a working crane. Magnets are included to hold containers with metal sheet inserts securely without gluing. Decals and complete instructions are included. Measures 4 X 3-1/8 X 3″.
